The Stanley FatMax Hacksaw has a durable die-cast aluminium body that is both lightweight and strong. It has a thumb grip for a more accurate cut and a bi-material soft grip for comfort.

The saw has an adjustable thumb dial tension mechanism inside its handle, and this spring-loaded tension device gives up to 150kg of blade tension for ease of use.
