How do they age?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Cedar shingles<\/a> have a life expectancy of 30 years and as they age, they fade to an attractive silvery grey shade. The most attractive quality of the shingles for most people is the fact the wood is naturally insect and rot-resistant so it requires little to no maintenance. These shingles<\/a> are adaptable, you can also use them on the outside of buildings for extra protection. They add a warming element to any home. Having them on walls is usually popular in coastal homes or areas with high humidity due to their long life span and durability. The shingles are easy to install at home. Ensure you have roofing felt underneath and it is secured with a staple gun.
